Part Time Sales Associates  

$12.00 an Hour + monthly commission.

Responsibilities include:

-Customer Service : Ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained by properly handling, caring for, packaging and wrapping all purchased merchandise. 
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the FLY LONDON shopping experience by greeting customers and offering assistance

-Resolve all client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

-Manage all points of sale processes.  Understand, abide by and enforce all points of sale policies, procedures and directives ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Sales Stock and Merchandising:

-Assist with receiving, sorting and all merchandise from shipment boxes to the selling floor

-Assist in ensuring that all merchandise is accurately label merchandise.  

-Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, assist staff in retrieval of merchandise from stock areas

-Maintain all visual merchandising standards and directives

-Maintain sales floor standards 

-Maintain stock room organizational standards
